About HOP
HOP is a company set up be Motorsport enthusiasts who wish to give their customers a chance to build or customise their racing simulators with products which help them to develop their racecraft.
Our first product the HC1 we began designing, developing and engineering driving controls and input devices for wheelchair users and differently abled consumers in the digital gaming industry. This innovative solution is focused on consumers that are physically unable to use current standard technology offerings, we offer accessibility and greater inclusivity.
We began rapid prototyping and testing of a hand control solutions. The HC1 has benefited from numerous iterations as the testing and development offered user-led specific feedback which was then incorporated into the design to suit the needs of the user. This sharp learning curve and approach offered invaluable insight into the needs of potential customers and shaped our design approach and thinking around accessible solutions and complimentary products.
A passion for motorsport and innovative design solutions, led to the development of our newest simulator product the EMC - electronic master cylinder that allows you to use any handbrake designed to take a Willwood style master cylinder.
Bring real world driving to your simulator - this is a big step up in gaining an immersive experience and muscle memory training. Muscle memory training needs to be just that, to train your driving instincts, your simulator should have controls which feel like the real thing.
The EMC (eMaster Cylinder) utilises a real handbrake as a Sim handbrake, replicate your real handbrake in a race car, by simply bolting the EMC to the handbrake of your choice and you have gained another level of realism and immersion
